How do I get started?

Getting started is easy. There is no prior registration require and no service contract to complete we are hired on a “per file” basis. Visit our open transaction page for information we need to start your transaction.  

Do you handle the Buyer’s deposit?

No, but we will confirm that Buyer receives Escrow’s wiring instructions. We also request confirmation of Earnest Money Deposit as part of our process.

Do you handle keys to the Property?

We do not handle keys to the property. The contracting Agent is responsible for arranging property accessibility to service vendors, the Buyers, and the Buyer’s Agent during and at the close of escrow.

How do I contact my transaction coordinator?

You can e-mail your coordinator at any time, or call/text during normal business hours:   Monday — Friday 8am to 5pm.

What do you do with the completed file?

Upon close of escrow, the completed Broker file is submitted directly to your broker ( or whomever your designate) via a Google Drive link.

How much does it cost?

Do I still have to pay if my transaction cancels?

Absolutely not — we understand that not every listing will sell and not every opened transaction successfully closes. We value your business and we will only get paid if you get paid.
