We will coordinate with Escrow and all parties throughout transaction, per our Services. As the Buyer’s Agent, that only leaves you with the Home Inspection, Request for Repairs and the Final Walk Through to attend!

We will manage your entire transaction from point of Listing through close of escrow!

Upon execution of a Purchase Agreement, we will coordinate with Escrow and all parties throughout transaction, per our Services. We will immediately prepare and send the complete Seller’s Disclosure Package directly to the Seller for signatures, tracking all activities with all the players in the transaction in a timely manner, through the close of escrow. As the Listing Agent, that only leaves you with the Request for Repairs, Termite Inspection and Appraisal to attend!
